My name is F. Dean Morgan.   I began my career in the justice system over 20 years ago in 1990.  Since then, I have evaluated DUI cases as a Police Officer, Prosecutor, and DUI Defense Attorney.  As the leader of this firm, I personally evaluate each case, as well as each client’s needs, to effectively and efficiently determine the best approach.
